Guests must meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, a recent valid negative coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of coronavirus recovery. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that guests checking in must be 18 and above. A maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children aged 12 years old and below are allowed in each room. Should there be any extra person , the resort will impose extra charges at Rm 150 Net ( Adult ) and Rm 90Nett ( Children aged 12 years and below ) . All rooms are Nonsmoking rooms however guest may smoke at the designated smoking area provided by hotel. A penalty fee of Rm 500.00 net will be imposed if guest found smoking in the room. No outside Food and Drink allowed to be brought in to the Hotel and guest also advise not to bring any electrical appliances e.g Rice cooker / induction cooker into the hotel for safety reasons.
