Please note that there is a 1.2% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or China UnionPay credit card. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. Please note that this hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon departure. For credit card pre-authorisations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5–10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows: Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 100 for Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments. Credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 200 for Two-Bedroom Apartments and Three-Bedroom Apartments. In accordance with the NSW Public Health Order, from 11 October 2021, hotel teams will be required to confirm the vaccination status of guests. This will be done during the booking process and on check in. The hotel team is required to check vaccination certificates of guests for both vaccination doses or medical exemption forms at the hotel and in the restaurant and bars.
