Great spot to experience town

We had the king single room. Lots of space for bags - shelves and hangers for clothes. Water bottle and coffee maker in room with all toiletries available.
Love the lock box outside for room keys and cooler in room to use as needed.
Bed was comfortable, AC worked if needed. Hallways and sandy front were cleaned daily. Chairs and cushions available on beach and ling dock to sit if you wanted.
Within walking distance to groceries / Restaurants and north side
Staff was available for any questions and assisting in cart rentals and restaurant bookings if required.
Overall was the perfect spot for our few days in San Pedro - would highly recommend and we will be back!

You’re greeted at the door with a welcome drink and a run down of the property and of the neighbourhood. If there was a way to give 50/5 stars to the staff then I would. Laundry services, the cleaning staff, the genuine care for the property, and the local knowledge shared with us went a long way. The rooms, the facilities, and the property were immaculate. Again, the level of customer service is unmatched! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars, and they can organize a taxi and/or golf cart for you with zero hassle. Would stay here again with zero hesitation.

Search no longer!

We traveled quite a bit and this is out top 3 favorite room ever. You can tell the amount of love and details that went into building this hotel and the room. The view was beautiful, the balcony amazing, the pool really neat. We loved everything about this place including the location and the service was awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caye Casa. It was our first trip to Belize. Staff was super helpful with excursions, local food options, and general questions. The two women who work there are so kind and friendly answered all my questions and had friendly conversation in passing. Shane is super nice on arrival then he seems uninterested in you as a guest after that.
If you need anything, Mario who is the groundskeeper, is a great go to person.

I came to celebrate my birthday & had such a pleasant experience. All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed (water, microwave, fridge). The location is also walking distance from a lot of bars & restaurants. It wasn’t loud or crowded near the hotel which is a plus. I’m definitely coming back!
