Delicious food and nice atmosphere and professional service and friendly staff and great manager and Cook was amazing and I think best ever Cook in the World Fast Ferry Chief Ferhat Ucar was amazing with the show’s of presentation of all kind

Poseidon hotel Golden Sands - very good

Absolutely fantastic place.
The owner (Anton) and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful and quiet. The hotel has a bar and restaurant - the food is lovely and the menu has a good selection of different food to eat. The drinks are cheap with different types of whiskey etc to try.
You have a 15 minute walk down to the beach. Golden Sands is a great resort with plenty of places to eat and drink.
My room is very nice - great value for money. It`s clean and the WiFi is excellent. The hotel is quiet at night and this ensures you can get a good nights sleep.
As for one poster on here that said the room had human waste in it - what a load of rubbish. The hotel is spotless and very clean. As a Destination Expert for Bulgaria on Trip Advisor I have stayed in many hotels in the country - some good and some bad. However I will give the Poseidon 10 out of 10.
I look forward to returning and I will certainly recommend the place to family and friends.

worst holiday ever hotel was dirty

our room had human waste plastered over the wall went to complain. meals were cold staff were terable checked out after first night.[was offered a change off room but there were 4 other couples waiting for a new room] never again

Fantastic holiday

Just got back from our stay at the Poseidon hotel can't say anything negative about our stay very clean and bed comfortable about a 15 min wallk in to the centrer but lots of shop's and bar's on the way definitely going back.

Pure hospitality

Our booking at Poseidon in Varna was quite spontaneous (we booked like 2 a.m. in the night and arrived around 9 a.m.) and our arrival was quite a surprise for the owner but it was no problem a all and we had a really nice welcome.
We were here in September, so it was not high-season anymore but it was a great stay.
As the cook was already in holiday, the owner cooked for us himself, what was really nice.
He was helpful and explained everything about the city.
Also, the hotel itself was nice, had a good pool and was clean and everything.
