You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Only guests aged 19 years or older can access the casino, indoor pool, fitness centre, Forum Tower, whirlpool, sauna and most Restaurant Outlets. Please note that the property allows guide animals / seeing-eye dogs. The property reserves the right to ask the nature of the disability upon check-in.
