In the event that the minor is not in the company of his parents during his stay, at the time of registration he must present his identification (identity card, passport and/or civil registry), a copy of his parents' identification and letter authorization form signed and authenticated or apostilled by both parents, where they expressly authorize the adult present with the minor to register at the Hotel. Nothing stipulated in these terms and conditions modifies the immigration requirements of the country, nor the duties that must be legally fulfilled to carry out said procedures (such as formalities for the permit to leave the country or similar before the corresponding authorities). In the event that legally the care of the minor is not in the hands of their parents, sufficient proof of this must be presented to the Hotel. In this case, the authorization letter must be signed by them. The Hotel may deny the entry and registration of persons or groups that seek such entry or registration, including a minor and when no complied with the documentary requirements established herein.
