Terrible place
The restaurant was completely closed. There are no shopping options, the pool is very worn and mega dirty, the whole area is dirty, nuts and with weeds everywhere. We never come here again and hope that others drive on to another place.
Staff are rude and unacceptable to criticism.

Practical resort
I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the outdoor play facilities are a bit run down, but work fine. We stayed in one of the cabins and they were large, beautiful and in good condition. They were also nicely cleaned.
The playroom was really nice, it wasn't run down, but could use a little extra cleaning. The pool was good, but we were sad that the children's pool had been changed to a sandbox. There is also a nice swimming lake, which several people used. Personally, we didn't dare to swim in it, as there was a lot of animal excrement at the water's edge.
There was a nice cafe, but unfortunately it was only open at the weekend. You could order breakfast bread every day. Overall, we were very satisfied, but missed information from the place about the opening hours of the cafe, the water slide, etc. They only speak German and were very uninformative. For example, we never found out how to borrow things for the many different facilities such as table tennis, bicycles etc.
There weren't that many people and we might come back again.

Go somewhere else!
The restaurant is shut down, the internet is slow and unstable and the reception and small shop where you can buy simple food, ice cream and drinks open and closes randomly, so you really can’t rely on it.
That said we are having a great holiday, but we are never coming back to this place.
