Really good location and staff, the rooms are the definition of a 2star hotel so dont except anything more. I have nothing to complain about it was exactly what I hoped and excepted.

Great location in Cita Alta Bergamo. Friendly staff and allowed us to store luggage after check out. Buffet breakfast included in price. No Aircon only noisy fans so room very hot making it very uncomfortable. Room small and tiny bathroom and shower with sink in the bedroom

No air condition in our rooms….. and really hard beds. Was unforunately a horrible night because of that.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Alta Città. Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean and well maintained. The funicular railway is very near and therefore easy to get to the accommodation. Only downside is no air-conditioning but has a ceiling fan and is safe to leave windows open. Really good hotel.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, room was spacious and clean , it is a lovely building in the heart of the Citta Alta which made for an excellent location .
Beds were comfy but unfortunately no air con in the room as was explained to us on arrival as it was not possible to install .
However everything else about this hotel is great including the lovely breakfast in the morning .
