This hotel is located in the wonderful town of San Vito Lo Capo between lush vegetation and blossoming Mediterranean scenery. It affords fantastic panoramic views out over the sea and sandy beach (800 m away). The town and tourist centre with numerous shops, restaurants and bars is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There is a bus station and a train station located roughly 2 km away and the nearest stop for local public transport is only a few steps away from the hotel building. It is some 90 km to Palermo airport. Established in 2002, this modern, air-conditioned, beach hotel comprises a total of 3 floors with 45 rooms of which 2 are elegant suites. Guests are welcomed in the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts and safe. Further facilities include a dining room, a TV room, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant where guests can sample specialities of Italian cooking. Business guests are offered rooms for conferences, conventions and meetings. Guests may also make use of the in-house laundry and room services for an added fee. Bicycle hire is also available and there are on-site parking spaces reserved for those arriving by car. The comfortable rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a double bed, a balcony or terrace as well as a minibar and a hire safe. Heating is centrally regulated. For an additional fee guests can enjoy a variety of sports, including banana boating, water skiing, diving, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, catamaran, canoeing and pedalo boating. It is also possible to play table tennis or bocce. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet. Lunch and dinner may be selected from a set menu. Furthermore, special dietary requirements can be catered for as well as individual specific dishes prepared. Guests are able to book either half-board or full board stays.
