You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. The exclusive costs (bed linen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs applied to all guests aged 2 and over. Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request. If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments. Please notice that not all accommodations have air conditioning. When there is an air conditioning in the accommodation it is possible to rent it for € 10.00 per day. When the accommodation has no air conditioning, it is not possible to rent it. We do not have mobile airco's. The design/layout of the holiday homes may differ. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.
