Well laid out breakfast area with plenty of choice. We had a twin bed room, functional, but wish the beds had been further apart! Carpets by the lifts are quite worn, otherwise, we liked the hotel

Do not stay here! Horrible hygiene.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We were there for 5 nights and had zero housekeeping despite asking reception multiple times. Our requests were simply ignored by the staff. The lack of hygiene, basic service, and attention to guests is unacceptable. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel and we do not recommend it to anyone, even for a single night, as you might even find trash from previous guests in the bins.

This is an amazing place. Right on the Harbour and you can see the boats at the harbour from your window. The staff was extremely kind and very helpful. In particular, Edda (?) was an example of what this service should be. To top it off, breakfast afternoon, coffee/tea, and dinner were all free. This Home Hotel would get my top recommendation.

Magnificent and well-located hotel

In terms of value for money, it is magnificent. Very well located, friendly staff, gym and sauna with sea views, and dinner included in the price. Highly recommended

Excellent value for money.

Traditional hotel, excellent location with a view of the port of Tromsø. Room standard in size and comfort. Breakfast (quite substantial, sweet and savory), fika (snack), and a simple self-service dinner are included in the price, as in the other properties of this hotel chain. Paid parking nearby.
