Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that our outdoor natural spring pool will be closed for maintenance on the following dates: 16–17 June 14–15 July 11–12 August 8–9 September 6–7 October 3–4 November 1–2 December 29–30 December Our outdoor thermal spring pool is adults only and complimentary for hotel guests. Please be aware that pool opening times vary seasonally, and the lido closes every 6–8 weeks for a deep clean. To avoid disappointment, we recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm opening dates. Please note the spa will be closed from 28 April to 20 May 2025 for maintenance work. Please note that using the spa facilities will incur an additional charge of GBP 15, and the time is limited to 90 minutes. A 55-minute treatment includes the use of the spa facilities. However, if you purchase a 25-minute treatment, an additional GBP 10 surcharge will apply to use the spa facilities (for a maximum of 90 minutes only). When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the outdoor thermal spring pool is for adults only and is complimentary for hotel guests. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring your pet. Our outdoor natural spring lido closes every 6–8 weeks for maintenance and a deep clean. All of the spa treatments include complimentary 90-minute spa use, including the use of our outdoor lido. We do advise pre-booking spa use and treatments to avoid disappointment upon arrival. A charge of £20 per dog, per stay will apply. A maximum of two dogs allowed per room. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or lounge areas inside the hotel, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and ensuring they are well behaved throughout their stay. The hotel accepts no liability for dog related incidents. We want your dog to feel right at home during your stay with us. Water bowls are provided for your convenience, however, we kindly ask that you bring your dog's own bed as nothing beats the comfort of their favourite spot to curl up in. We also request that you bring your own dog food to ensure your pet sticks to their regular diet and stays happy and healthy whilst staying with us at the New Bath Hotel and Spa.
