Many great restaurants are in Old Lahaina Town. One of our favorites is Kimo's sitting by the rail watching the sunset, eating the fresh caught fish of the day. Many others worth trying are Longhi's Lahaina Grill, Mala Ocean Tavern, Fleetwood's n Front Street, Aloha Mixed Plate, 808 Grindz CafeSale Pepe, Gerard's and many more. Browse the art galleries on Front Street and visit historic buldings still standing from when Lahaina wass a busy whaling port and the first capital of the Kingdom of Hawwaii.
Spend some time exploring this town. Lots of local shops and dining. There are plenty of public parking areas that are free, but only for three hours, and they do ticket. There is a valet next to Longhi's that starts at 5PM and he is there till 10PM. Just give a $5 tip and no need to search for parking.
Great place to: do more shopping, restaruants, sight seeing and ocean activities. From here you can also take the boat to Lanai or Molokai. One bus stop and a few dollars away from Kanai a Nalu! Relax!
Lahaina is an area that has a quaint downtown area filled with cozy shops and cute restaurants.
