From Staff to location this is a very reasonable hotel close to all the amenities. Every historical place is walking distance. Jahagir one of the manger I have dealt with very helpful. Looking forward to go again.

Poor service

I would have given a 4 star review if we hadn't had a bad experience. I.h.a. it is a fine hotel with friendly staff, well located. But I had an accident because of illness, for which we also paid cleaning costs. That was perfectly understandable, but they would wash my clothes and they left them soaking wet in a plastic bag for 2 days and did nothing with it while we repeatedly informed how far they were. Then they declared he was hanging out to dry. It's beyond me why they would do such a thing. Maybe they didn't dare say they didn't have a laundry service or something or that they didn't dare touch my clothes because of fear of contamination? (I just had food poisoning) Very annoying this and especially very unnecessary. They could have just said they didn't want or couldn't wash it, then I could have arranged something myself without hard feelings. But this doesn't make any sense.

Cute little boutique hotel. Nice breakfast, nice rooftop terrace, very nice staff, but not the greatest location.

The hotel is a cute little boutique hotel with a very nice staff. They have a nice upstairs terrace to look out over Samarkand. Breakfast buffet had a lot more than most hotels. Location wasn’t the greatest, about a 15-20 min walk to Registan Square. Overall a nice stay.

Very pleasant hotel.

Pleasant and friendly welcome. Got a lot of explanation from the receptionist. All sights were marked on a print of the city. Nice rooms, unfortunately very noisy. The shower of the other rooms can be heard running into your own room.
Wide choice for breakfast.

The heater in the shower and WiFi were not working in the first room and front desk was really accommodating to switch us to another room immediately. It was a very nice stay with welcoming staff and a very nice terrace to look at the view of the area. It is also close to a few tourist attractions. I would recommend this hotel!
