Easter in Pisa

The availability and professionalism of the staff, welcoming and always available to meet your requests, the excellent location for visiting the main monuments of Piazza dei Miracoli, and the possibility of choosing where to have lunch and dinner. Also close to the historic center full of shops and adjacent to the central station, reachable only 15 minutes walk.

More like a brothel than a hotel. Dirty, cramped, gloomy, shabby... a scam. Truly disgusting. Better to sleep on the street, and indeed we ran away to the Duomo; excellent.

What a shame

I stayed there for three days for work. I went trusting the list of hotels provided by the organization... but I was truly astonished. The facility is right in the center (100m from Knight's Square), but it is completely neglected. The reception closes at 7:30 PM and reopens only in the morning, so there is also a certain sense of abandonment (and also a lack of security). The door to my room did not lock from the inside. The internet connection did not work (there was an open network from who knows who) and on the first floor, the phone had no signal. The walls are a bit dirty. The bathroom is windowless and the extractor fan made a rather eerie noise. The hairdryer provided was in terrible condition. The only positive note is the exquisite kindness of the girls I found at the reception.

Expedia listing for this hotel said "continental breakfast included" This is not true. There was no continental breakfast available at this hotel. Expedia should update the listing.

Terrible.

Bad experience, me and 2 other girls went to this hotel to stay one night only (luckily) and we did not receive any kind of service, arrived at the hotel at 7.15 pm the reception was already empty despite the time allowed for check in was maximum until 7.30 pm, then at 11.30 pm the power in the rooms was cut and we found ourselves in a situation of extreme discomfort, with no light and no one at the entrance when on their website they write that the concierge is open 24 hours a day, we did not have any number to call for emergency since the only telephone number provided by them is only the one of the reception which was empty (since we were there) bad experience.
