Sleeps 7: 3 double bedrooms (each with queen bed, TV and wardrobes) + 1 single bedroom. 2 renovated full bathrooms, modern and placed in the common area for easy access by all guests. Open-plan kitchen with latest-generation appliances, breakfast bar with stools and a round table for dining or working. Terrace seating for 7—great for gatherings and downtime. Air conditioning & heating throughout + high-speed Wi-Fi. Access & building: Residential building with 2 elevators. Accessible platform at the entrance for wheelchairs/PRM (please notify us in advance so we can arrange the access key). 24/7 self check-in via electronic smart lock (no extra cost). Steps from Montjuïc, Palau Nacional (MNAC), the Magic Fountain, Fira Barcelona and the panoramic rooftop at Las Arenas. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and services. Getting around: Espanya metro (L1/L3/L8–FGC) a few steps away. Aerobús direct to the airport from Plaça d’Espanya. Bus lines to Sagrada Família, Barceloneta and El Born. Montjuïc Funicular (from Paral·lel) + Cable Car for spectacular views. Sants Station ~10–15 min on foot (Renfe/commuter trains). Included: Bed linen and 2 towels per person (bath + hand). Initial courtesy kit (amenities and toilet paper). Legal note: due to regulations, we do not provide food items (water, oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc.). Any replenishment during the stay is the guest’s responsibility. Security deposit (Swikly): Completed before arrival via secure link. No upfront charge (authorization only). 1% Swikly fee paid by the guest upon accepting the authorization. In case of damage: charge for the corresponding amount + 5.6% management fee. If everything is fine, the authorization expires and data are deleted (max. 10 days). Must be completed no later than one month before check-in. House rules (quality tourism): No groups under 25 (families are welcome). No bachelor/bachelorette parties, no parties or events. No smoking indoors. No pets. Quiet hours from 22:00.
