Water view apartment with a great view. Spacious bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. Everything in the apartment you could possibly need, made for Avery comfortable stay. Close to cafes, beach and shops.highly recommend

Raffles apartments are in a perfect location for all the restaurants and shops as well as the beach at Mooloolaba. Our apartment was a two-bedroom ocean view which was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It felt a bit small and poky and a little dated but it was big enough for the two of us for 11 days whilst working in Maroochydore. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils. The washing machine was a very handy item with a thoughtfully provided drying rack as well as a dryer. There is secure lift access to the carpark where we had a designated parking spot. Coles is across the road as well as multiple bars and restaurants that make it hard to choose where to try next. The apartments are one block back from the beach but we had a wedge-shaped view of the beach from our balcony which we loved. A new building will be started soon between the apartment and the beach and depending on how high it goes, that view might go too. Hope not!

The property offers a convenient location, with grocery stores and the esplanade area within walking distance. However, the windy conditions around the hotel were consistently noticeable throughout our stay. Additionally, traffic noise occasionally presented a disturbance.

REALLY COULD NOT BE FAULTED
This accommodation is within 200 metres of the main beach at Mooloolaba, and at the top of the shopping strip. It is across the road from Coles and a major hotel.
The accommodation itself is clean and very well appointed,and stocked with cleaning essentials. The unit is cleaned on a weekly basis.
Management was excellent, simply could not do enough
Our unit on the 6th level had a good view of the beach. It also had a small exterior landing with table and chairs: and from there access to an upper lever private lounge area with BBQ. However access is via a narrow metal winding staircase which is not all that easy to navigate

A very comfortable bed & apartment had all the necessary amenities. Only draw-back was it was difficult to the climb into & out of the spa-shower in main bathroom. Overall, a very nice apartment with easy access to shops, restaurants etc.
