Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions. Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or non-resident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the obligation to pay the tax upon arrival at the hotel. *We offer a free airport-hotel-airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, available 24 hours a day. Upon arrival at El Dorado Airport, please proceed to the first floor, in front of Exit 1. If you arrive at terminal 2, kindly head to Gate 2.* Please note that pets may travel on the shuttle as long as they are transported in a pet carrier that complies with the permitted dimensions and established transportation policies. Important information about the city
