TL,Dr. Excellent location with fresh rooms and top notch employees!

This was the perfect hotel/apartment for my girlfriend and I! Just 10 minutes from the waterfront, 2 minutes from entering the palace, and if you are into clubbing, 1 minute away. But don't worry about the sound disturbing you as long as you have the windows closed. They provide excellent AC in the room and the water is drinkable!
We were greeted warmly by Simon who gave us the quick run down and gave us his number in case we had any concerns, but everything was perfect so we never even had to contact him! The rooms were very fresh and clean. Free WiFi is also provided with a decent speed!
But our favourite encounter of the day was in the morning when we got to see Mirjana! She is the more hands on employee who made sure we had an excellent stay there. Always fun to talk to and more than eager to help with anything we needed!
All in all, next time we are in Split, we hope to have these rooms again!
Also! When Simon offers you to have a taxi waiting for you at the airport for 250 kuna, take it! Otherwise you'll be paying closer to 500 kuna.

Super centralt værelse meget nær ‘det gamle Split’
Ingen parkeringsmuligheder ved hotellet, men værten havde sent os anvisning til nærmeste p-plads på SMS.
Super service - blev taget imod på gaden trods massiv flyforsinkelse. og blev vist op til vores værelser.
Fik lige et par gode tips til byen mm.
Værelset er ok. Sengen bred, lidt blød. Der er køleskab, aircondition, tv.
Fint og rent værelse.

Lo recomiendo

Lo reservamos a última hora. La ubicacion es excelente. Vino un chico muy agradable a recibirnos. El portal es horrible, supuestamente en obras de los vecinos, mucho olor a humedad y la puerta siempre abierta. La habitación está muy bien, aunque sin wifi por las obras. Son tres habitaciones que comparten una cocina. En la habitación hay frigorífico. Recomendable

Excelente ubicación y atención!!!

Si bien apenas llegás te encontrás con un ingreso muy gris y antiguo, apenas subís las escaleras te recibe una habitación muy moderna, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para tu estadía. Además tenés una cocina común con otras habitaciones para cocinarte o prepararte lo que gustes. Domagoj, quien nos recibió, fue muy amable desde contactarnos antes de la llegada, hasta ubicarnos en el estacionamiento y darnos toda la información que necesitabámos para nuestra grata estadía en Split. El estacionamiento se encuentra a 100 metros y cuesta 1 euro la hora y la habitación está en el corazón del casco histórico de Split. Sin dudas es un lugar super recomendable.
