From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit card payments. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. For security purposes, credit cards used for Non-Refundable bookings must also be presented when checking in. As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodation and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement.
