You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The exclusive costs (bedlinen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs applied to all guests aged 2 or over. Please note that a bed linen fee applies of EUR 15.50 per person, per stay. Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request. If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property. Guests can request the following extras (optionally) at an additional charge: - Extra bed linen (on top of mandatory bed linen): EUR 15.50 per set - Towel package: EUR 5.50 per set - Kitchen linen: EUR 5.50 per set - Children's furniture (baby bed, high chair, play pen): free of charge. Only dogs are welcome as pets. Cats and other pets are not welcome. In some of the offered houses air conditioning is available for an extra 10 EUR per day. Please note a request is mandatory before stay and the property will see if it's possible to confirm based on availability.
