Magical

Currently at the Sheraton Annaba, what can I say about this hotel! Everything is there to help you enjoy your vacation. Arrived Sunday with the family, an upgrade and early check-in were very much appreciated. 5 * special thanks to our housekeeper Samira.

VERY PLEASANT

The check-in was a bit long because everyone arrived at the same time ,
as soon as we got our keys, very surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas ,
Memorable breakfast because the choice and diversity of the products offered surprised us, very good too ,
Pool with activities for children
The location is central near the shops, the architecture surprised us with its originality

Very big disappointment. I would never have imagined having such an experience in a hotel with the reputation of the Sheraton

Very big disappointment. I would never have imagined having such an experience in a hotel with the reputation of the Sheraton.
I had booked an Executive Suite for August 17, 2026, in order to spend a few hours of rest with my two 14-year-old children before our departure for the airport at 4 a.m. A few days before our stay, we wanted to discover the hotel.
The gentleman who handled our reservation at the front desk was courteous, and I would like to thank him. Unfortunately, that is the only positive point of our visit.
We started by having a drink at the cafeteria. We were surprised to see the drinks served in cans, the water in plastic bottles, and cardboard cups. As for the pastry, it was decent, nothing more. For a five-star establishment, the presentation and quality of service were far from the image of prestige that one expects from a Sheraton hotel.
The most shocking moment came when my children simply asked to take a quick look at the pool, without settling in, without swimming, and without using the facilities. We only wanted to see the premises before our stay. A staff member then refused us access very curtly by asking us if we were guests. I explained to him calmly that we had already booked an Executive Suite and that we would return to stay in a few days. Despite this, he forbade us access for just a few seconds to see the pool.
It is not just the refusal that hurt us, but above all the way in which it was announced to us. The tone used was cold, dry, and devoid of any courtesy. We felt treated as if we were not welcome.
The most incomprehensible thing is that, during this time, other people seemed to be moving freely through the establishment and were welcomed with much more consideration. We felt a real difference in treatment, which is particularly shocking for a family that came to book a suite in your hotel.
My children live in France and it was the first time they were discovering your establishment. Instead of leaving with a good image of the Sheraton Annaba, they left deeply disappointed. Arriving at the parking lot, they clearly told me that they no longer wanted to stay at this hotel. They did not understand why we were going to pay such a high price to be welcomed in this manner.
I requested the cancellation of my reservation. It was refused to me. It was only after expressing my dissatisfaction that apologies were offered to me, but they arrived too late. A first impression is essential, and when it is this negative, it is very difficult to regain a customer's trust.
Luxury is not just about a beautiful facade, elegant rooms, or a high price. True luxury is recognized in the quality of the welcome, respect, courtesy, professionalism, and the ability to make every guest feel expected and valued.
Unfortunately, we experienced exactly the opposite. This visit left us with a deep feeling of discomfort and disappointment. I find it regrettable that an establishment bearing the Sheraton name gives such an image to its future guests.
I sincerely hope that management will take this testimony seriously, because a family should never leave with the feeling of having been judged, pushed aside, or poorly welcomed before their stay even begins.
For us, this experience completely destroyed the desire to stay at your establishment. It is a huge disappointment, and unfortunately an image that my children will keep for a long time of the Sheraton Annaba.
