Don't go. It is NOT three stars in Bangladesh
In short, I would say that it is a low two star hotel, which also, as it is in the center, was Saturday and we could not close the window because of the heat (remember that you can not use the AA because it is stuck and at the height of the bed) we had to endure the loud music of the avenue San Martin that make it pedestrian, it is filled with tables and pass music until late hours.
Two more pearlites:
Then we found that other THREE star hotels, which looked much better, one of them I know from having been there before, were cheaper!!!
And as for the information they provide at the Concierge, when I asked in the afternoon about the Labyrinth of Borges, I was informed that they closed at 7 pm and we were about to desist from going. I looked for information on the other hand and it turns out that it closes at 24hs and if we had listened, we would have missed that beautiful place where there was also a very good folk show.
OBVIOUSLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE!!!!
I start with the positive: Location and friendliness OF SOME OF the staff (breakfast and housekeeping ladies, maintenance gentleman and Orlando from reception during the afternoon/night), here we finish.
As I told them in a whatsapp, I am 71 years old and, luckily, many trips and hotels to my credit. I DON'T REMEMBER ANYTHING SO BAD!
It is all very, very old: elevator -besides small-, air conditioning, reception furniture (that of the rooms is a bad combination).
I arrived at the hotel, where I stayed from 9 to 13 March inclusive, and I SPECIFICALLY CLARIFIED THAT I WOULD BE RETIRING ON SATURDAY 14 AT 5:30 AM, even asked (illusioned of me if they could prepare me a packed breakfast, as sometimes done).
It was mid-morning, before check-out hours, and I took it as an attention of the receptionist, Alexis, to ask if the 103 was ready for me to occupy from that moment. I couldn't believe how bad that room looked, nothing to do with what was published. I tried to take it easy and not start my few vacation days wrong. After settling down a bit and going to lunch, I went downstairs and asked Alexis if all the rooms were the same, because the one I had been given was quite battered, he replied that yes, they were all the same, that if I wanted to see another I could, but they were all the same. I didn’t remember, at the time, that they had sent me pictures “so that I would have an idea of the services they provided”, swimming pool, breakfast area and a room that, by far, was not mine. To counter your answer...
And I was right, on the second day, when I returned from an excursion I found the bidet with black spots, produced by several leaks, and the ceiling boards bent. Luckily Orlando immediately called the maintenance man, who said he would report back to get me changed. What happened in a few minutes.
On admission I was handed two keys, one from the room and one from the entrance door to the hotel in case I arrived after 10 pm. I think the second afternoon I was given only the one in the room because from that night there would be staff throughout the night.
On Thursday I asked Orlando if he had to book a taxi to the terminal in advance and he told me to call the front desk about 20 minutes before I left, which was enough. Saturday the 14th day of my departure, 5:10; 5:15; 5:20, followed by calls to the reception and no one answered me, I thought the phone was not working. I went downstairs with my stuff, AT THE RECEPTION NOBODY, pat, bang on the counter, NOTHING AND THE STREET DOOR CLOSED. Desperate, I walked across the counter and all the keychains on the board were like mine! Fortunately, on the side of the desk, I found the keychain of hab 306, I think, which had both, opened the door, left that keychain and mine with control over the counter and walked out.
UNABLE TO FIND A TAXI, I WENT TO THE BUS TERMINAL WALKING AND DRAGGING THE BAG.
Following is the response to my unsigned whatsapp complaint. [6:48, 3/14/2026] +54 9 2604 65-1295: Silvia I have no way of excusing myself, the guy from the night was in the living room making breakfast and he didn't see that you came down, it's this guy's first night because we just took him to start work.
I sincerely regret what happened
[6:53, 3/14/2026] +54 9 2604 65-1295: inform management to take the necessary actions to prevent this from happening again
[6:53, 3/14/2026] +54 9 2604 65-1295: and again I sincerely apologize
TOO MUCH MISTREATMENT AND INSUFFICIENT APOLOGY.

HOLIDAYS!!
Holidays, in the center and with everything nearby....
Very nice space of the terrace next to the breakfast room and pool, sector with very nice views and an incredible sunset of the city, rest and shops nearby and simple room, but very comfortable with additional services to the traditional hotekeria (Kitchentte, microwave, utensils to be able to eat in the room or terrace) Eye, is not prepared nor has the meals to cook, but that we already knew in advance..

Lack of modernization
Breakfast: typical hotels, was correct.
Hot water for bathing, okay.
Spacious rooms with microwave and ice cream.
Attention those with their own car: after they had paid, they explained that the garage is a block and a half (walking). That killed us, we did a lot of route and we had a load, it was quite tiresome to select what to get off and what not, and if you forgot something you had to go there, and walk to the floor that touched you, literally tiresome. Added to the concern that the car is in a parking lot (with access from other people) away from one. I honestly told him that if he knew this at the start, he wouldn't have stopped right here. Those who don't have a car, or who aren't so loaded, won't be influenced. It is also entered by card, it is not public.
Wifi: as if it did not exist, impossible to use in the terrace and the room. Directly disappear, I went to tell them but they tell you to connect and disconnect. I ate all the data.
The nonsense: In the afternoon while sunbathing and wanting to stay relaxed, fell a team of people who came to record a short film (??) with cameras and microphones and whatnot, Spielberg. The truth to me is not that I was bothered, in fact we even talked to some of them rather, but it must be admitted that the situation was weird and not correct. Suddenly there were people on the roof, at times we had to go silent (literally) for those moments of recording (?) added that when I returned from bathing they were still there, the terrace was full of people from this recording and I could not use a restroom, when I paid for the stay. I didn't even tell them anything and went to do my things, but I think another guest would have gone to complain angrily and rightly.
I could never drink water. The available drum of water was old water just to look at and the vomiting taste (literally). I didn’t even go to tell them at that point, I took one of my own that I bought and I only stayed for one day. I told you before I left so you know.
Asensor: it worked, but I didn't see any mandatory overhaul or maintenance paper.
Very good location
