March trip to Armenia for your birthday

The hotel is well located, in a quiet daor near the Cascade. About the subway were warned,it is open until 23 hours,we absolutely care.Breakfast delicious,freshly prepared,cleaning on time,towels change too.Great staff,thanks for the responsiveness and friendliness,hi Natalia,Malvina,Hakob and the guys!So keep!From the cons-lows of the emptys in the shower,you can flood everything with water,it was a little cool,but this weather was weird,so there are no complaints.Son sent a huge bouquet for birthday,immediately gave out a large vase,helped to carry it to the room.Breakfast is full,at a convenient time for us, left the hotel early,we were all satisfied.The hotel is precisely for urban time,when people are away ,on excursions and return to the hotel overnight.Near the Cascade cafes and restaurants for all tastes.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, about 4:30 am. the check in was ok but there were no aminaties in our room such as a kettle with tea and coffee, etc or complementary water. The room was quite small and the double bed was pushed up against the wall, maybe it was because I was tired but it did not feel very welcoming.

Terrible Reception Encounter

We stayed for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory.
The room was cold and the heater did not work adequately, making the stay uncomfortable, especially as we were unwell during this time. Additionally, there is an underground metro line running directly beneath the hotel, causing noticeable noise and vibration, which affected our rest.
To make matters worse, at checkout we were charged for minibar items (a beer and water) that we did not consume. We did not use the minibar at all and instead repeatedly requested boiled water from reception, which they can verify. Despite explaining this, the charge was not removed, and we paid only to avoid further conflict.
This combination of poor room comfort, noise disturbance, and an unpleasant checkout experience left us disappointed. I strongly recommend future guests check the minibar immediately upon arrival and ensure room facilities are fully functional before settling in.

Although the location and the price seemed right I had to book another hotel after just two hours stay because of the strong odor in my room’s bathroom. I won’t book this hotel in the future, and obviously do not recommend others either. Better spend more and get a decent hotel, lesson learned.

Great location

Excellent situation. Two minutes walk from the waterfall, and yet away from the bustle and traffic. Very attentive staff, willing to solve any problems that may arise.
The rooms are small, but clean and with very comfortable beds. You feel it every time you pass the subway, which can get annoying. Breakfast space may be somewhat small.
