Please inform The Tea Tree in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 180 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You will need to provide valid credit card details over the phone for pre-payment and a AUD 150 credit card pre-authorisation to cover any incidental charges. Please be advised that there is no housekeeping service available on Sundays or public holidays. If you require fresh towels or your bins to be emptied on these days please contact reception during opening hours and they will be happy to fulfill your request. Please be advised that we operate primarily as a function centre, so there may be music from functions downstairs up until midnight (generally on Saturdays). Whilst we do our best to keep noise levels to a minimum, we cannot guarantee this and therefore do not offer any refunds or compensation due to any noise complaints from our functions.
