Exceptional accommodation

Conveniently located with a short walk to bars, cafes, walking trails and the beach. The owners are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about your experience. The accommodation is unique having 3 bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Very clean, thoughtfully furnished and so comfortable. One of my favourite places to stay.

Very good accommodation

I am from the UK and staying with friends in Busselton WA my friend J Sawkins booked a break for us in Albany for site seeing she booked the Beachside villa for three nights and I have to say that I was very surprised how good the self catering villa was it was very clean very good beds and everything we required was at hand we would like to thank Caroline our host for looking after us and she should be proud for her excellent accommodation and very reasonably priced thank you and we certainly would recommend

Splendid

Location was the back house past the accommodation It was Terrific, the owners were lovely. Their service was very good. Everything was clean and Good Condition. The beds were comfy and had everything to make you feel at home. Just wish they had a recreation center or just a small pool, wouldve filled in gaps of time. But overall Wish i could stay here for life

Could Not Fault a Thing

decided to spend two nights in Albany but didn't want a Motel. I liked the idea of having space to move around.
Best comfortable lounge ever, TV in each bedroom. Great kitchen with quality utensils. Great host Caroline who takes pride in her property. Also provided great information for tourist attractions. Choice of 3 bedrooms all with bathroom. Great stay if two couples with couple of children.

Perfect for family and small group

Stay here for 2 nights. Caroline was there to receive us and showed us around the place. The welcome folder has all the info you need for your stay in Albany. We stayed at Villa which had 3 bedrooms and all the amenities you need - full kitchen facilities and even a BBQ pit. It is located at a very quiet area. So a good nigjt sleep is guarantee. It is also very near to the beach and only 5 min to the city centre. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Albany.
