Some good and not good points
Couple aged 54 stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling the coast. Very pricey for this Peake season. Paid less to stay in Darling Harbour in October school holidays. Staff seemed lovely and helpful, entire property is clean, modern and well presented. Mini kitchen was helpful with cooktop, microwave, bar fridge etc. tennis area looked fun but weather wasn’t good for it. Not a fan of our room 25, with the cleaners area wedged next to our door, banging on the window with equipment and yelling loudly. All afternoon, too bad if I wanted a holiday nap. Barely enough car parks and that was a struggle. Our room had a step down out of it and we tripped on it every time we walked out. Breakfast was a solid loaf of bread that was rock hard and chewy by morning. That and some butter and jam didn’t really do it for me, so I bought some eggs. The coffee bar thing at tennis court wasn’t open but then later it was. Restaurant was lovely, service and food is generous and fantastic. During happy hour, people with kids came and were loud and watching screens which made it more of a macdonads vibe unfortunately. So I’d recommend if you’ve raised your kids and don’t want that, go after 7.30.

Hi Lisa, we appreciate you taking the time to share feedback from your stay with us recently. Unfortunately our rooms are not 100% soundproof which is why we not advertise this. Obviously during peak season, when it's so busy we cannot police noise during the day and we always encourage guests to be respectful of others, however should this be an issue during the evening we take noise complaints very seriously. Thank you for your feedback in relation to our breakfasts which has been addressed with our team. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for any inconvenience this caused. For a quieter stay for couples, we recommend off-peak as naturally our facilities attract families during the busy Summer period when accommodation is in higher demand.

The apartment was nice, with plenty of space in the living room. The only issue was that it was a bit noisy outside at night. Anyway, we'll be back again.😊 I like the river view.

I LOVE this place, and come here often for some me time. A stone’s throw from the beach, amazing restaurant (with happy hour every day), heated indoor pool, wellness centre on site for a luscious massage, and lots more. Beautiful resort style. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Hello,
I recently stayed in Room 7 (river view) and unfortunately experienced several issues during my stay.
I did report these concerns to reception at the time and was advised they would investigate. I also followed up via email but have not received a response.
The main issue was a leak in the corner of the bedroom.
Over my two-night stay, I noticed my clothes becoming damp, and by the time I checked out, the room had developed a strong mouldy smell. Some of my clothes were damaged as a result.
Additionally, the heater in the lounge area was leaking water, which was running over the TV, creating further concern.
Overall, this experience was quite stressful and disappointing. I was advised that someone would follow up with me, but I have yet to hear back.
I would appreciate an update on this matter and how it will be addressed.

Clean room. Comfortable bed, nice big shower. Amazing indoor heated pool. Tennis court. Happy hour
