Great stay, close to everything
Excellent stay in Veriu, apartments have everything and was more affordable than hotels in cbd. Public transport outside the door. Couple of Good pubs in the area. Apartments serviced regularly. Only issue was arriving, trying to find the car park , but called up reception was directed onto Sparke Street. Great stay, would definitely recommend

Overall this is a good venue with better room options than the city hotels. Lots more space and more comfortable. It is away from the main restaurants, so you'll need to venture a little further for a meal or self-cater in the great kitchen.
Unfortunately our stay was marred by the hot water system failing for the entire complex, so there were a lot of unhappy guests.

The cleaning day didn’t fit our itinerary We had alittle trouble some bath towels wet for some days

Room was great, plenty of space and very useful.
Only complaint... needed a few more towels. There were plenty of shower towels, but no hand towels or wash rags. Made things a little difficult, but manageable.
Overall the stay was great, we would definitely do it again!
