Excellent place to stay
Me and my sister stayed at Ruby for 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. The location is great not to far from the beach and in the centre of sea world and big shopping malls making travel easy, also located near a tram rail for easier travel

A good experience
Dear Hotel Management and Staff,
Thank you for hosting us during our stay. We would like to share some detailed feedback regarding our 18-night stay in Room 2006:
Housekeeping Service: We stayed for 18 nights in total. During the second scheduled cleaning on August 21, the housekeeping was not properly done (the bathroom trash was not emptied, the bed in one room was left unmade, and used towels were not collected or replaced with clean ones). Fortunately, after we reported this to the front desk, staff were immediately dispatched to clean the room thoroughly. We hope housekeeping standards can be consistently maintained, especially when guests are not in the room to supervise.
Kitchen Utensils and Appliances: Some of the kitchenware is quite old and should be replaced for safety and convenience (for example, the spatula was warped from heat, and the pot handle was loose). Additionally, it would be wonderful to have a deep soup pot and a rice cooker provided in the kitchen.
Heating System: We experienced issues with the heating during our first two nights and could not sleep well due to the cold, regardless of how we adjusted the thermostat. We reported this to the front desk the following day, but the heating remained insufficient after the initial check. On the third day, a Chinese-speaking gentleman came to assist us and successfully reconfigured the heating mode. We were finally able to get a good night's sleep, and we truly appreciate his help!
Bed Size: While the mattress was very comfortable, the single bed size felt a bit too small.
Bedding: The bedding consists of a sheet and a blanket. The sheet slips easily, leaving the blanket exposed. Since I am allergic to blankets, I would kindly suggest using cotton duvet covers or hypoallergenic bedding to minimize allergens.
Shower Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, making the flow less than ideal.
Stove Maintenance: One of the burners on the kitchen stove was initially out of order. We would like to extend our special thanks to the Chinese-speaking staff member who kindly repaired it for us!

EXCELLENT
As a frequent traveller, I have to say this apartment exceeded my expectations. The breathtaking view of Surfers Paradise from the balcony is absolutely priceless and worth every dollar. The apartment is very clean, tidy, and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, with everything conveniently close by.
10/10 — I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again! I travel across AU providing HONEST reviews to accomodations.

The location is good and close to many stores.
It’s also close to G link train station.
The room is also great (25 floors with ocean view ) and reception is well prepared before check in.
You could also see the whales through Binoculars in the living room during the sunny day.

Loved the room and the view. However, the very loud noises ( ie music and children screaming from Paradise Resort next door as well as construction noise) could be easily heard on level 16!! Also the Chromecast on the tv didn’t work.
