I give full mark as the hotel is in an excellent location, friendly staff, always smile and give warm welcome. Car park is secured. Some facilities need to be improved, bath door is difficult to lock, the room is too hot and unable to adjust the room temperature. Overall is good experience in Kiama.

Stayed Friday to Sunday check out no microwave, no toaster, a noisy air conditioner, no toilet brush in case you made a mess, no restaurant , no meals, had to eat out, could not reheat in room, the pub next door is where to get an over priced meal, $41 for steak sandwich and a drink, the blind for the balcony door looked like it had been cut from another to fit. Cost went from $122 for Friday night to over $200 as soon as your stay included a weekend day,
the positives , staff friendly and helpful, underground parking, if this is the standard for Kiama, I will stay at Shellharbour and travel the extra 15min to Kiama to do buisness

Room was compact, functional and clean. Fairly standard amenities. Was overly warm for the day but couldn’t adjust the aircon…Well located and quiet.
A shout out to the amazing lady on reception AND doing coffees at the Kombi van - a great coffee too by the way. She did an amazing job and very courteous

Good location
Room small but good
Only had basic essentials
Clean and tidy
Bedding was fresh clean and ironed
Small but great value for money and free underground parking which is always a bonus in Australia

Ideal location, modern, friendly, clean
This hotel is very modern.
The rooms are nice and large and very clean.
The location of the Hotel Novas is ideal.
You are on foot in 5 minutes on the seafront and at the numerous coffee shops and ravstaurants.
The famous "blowwhole" is also within walking distance of the hotel in 10 minutes.
The pool of the hotel is not very large, but a nice way to cool off in the summer.
At the reception there is a food truck where you can buy coffee and small sweet and salty snacks.
Parking is ample in the hotel's underground car park.
