Room service - resturant did not pick up after several calls. Called reception who just transferred me to resturant with still no answer

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-presented, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever we had questions. There was plenty of convenient parking, which made coming and going easy. Overall, the motel was quiet, comfortable, and great value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

Although room was clean and bed really comfortable, the overall room was showing signs of aging and not the quality I would have expected.
Small fridge and coffee amenities were hidden within the wardrobe that appears to have been built out of ikea wardrobe shelving.

Customer Service / Reception / Overall stay

Went on a little get away for the weekend with my husband and the hotel is amazing. There was a lovely girl at reception her name serinity i believe and she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was incredible, will definitely be coming back. Getting greeted by receptionist like her definitely makes our stay alot better, will definitely return
