Modern, comfortable and spacious, with very friendly and helpful hostess

Modern and comfortable bedroom. Large common area inside for dining, reading or watching TV. Comfortable recliners. There is also a very nice garden setting and water feature as well as children’s play equipment. Good variety of breakfast cereals including museli and yogurt. Very friendly hostess Anne

Excellent place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful hosts.Comprehensive tour of facilities was provided Everything included was of a high standard and beautifully clean.Good breakfast including an easy to use coffee machine.Parking was easy to access.

Won't waive cancellation fee.

We booked this hotel for a two night stay in November, 2021. Since the country has decided to completely close to tourists until 2022, I tried to cancel and they still charged a 50% cancellation fee which I think is very unfair. You can't contact them directly so hopefully this rating will induce them to rethink this policy until Covid is over for Australia.

Excellent for a stopover

This is ideal for a short stopover in Perth.
Close to the airport, pick up available
Sparklingly clean and comfortable accommodation and breakfast included.
Close to the Swan River
I will definitely be using this b&b again

A good stay

Nice and friendly hosts. Newly built property of modern interior design. Lovely vertical garden. Comfortable clean bed. Modest size room for a queen bed. Good air-conditioning in room. Continental breakfast. Free parking on nature strip/street. Quiet neighborhood. About 5-7 minute short drive to the Perth Airport and less than a 20 minute drive to town. Public bus to town available nearby.
It was a 2 night stay. Our room didn't have an en-suite while other two guest rooms, I believe, did. Even though we had our own bathroom and toilet across the corridor, we felt that we would prefer to have a room with an en-suite and more privacy.
It would also be more convenient to have a mini-fridge in our room to get cold beverages late on a hot night instead of getting them from a public fridge in the outside pool area.
