The lady at the reception was amazing very polite and helpful. Very busy street but can’t blame the noice on the staff. Nice pool for the kids or adults to swim in.

The toilet area wall smelt like urine when sitting on the toilet.
Went to tell them on check out at 10am but the office was closed

Very noisy and disgusting pool

Never book this again. The pool was disgusting; the water was very bad quality and a lot of paint was gone. The isolation of the rooms were poor as well. The whole night you hear the cars and motorbikes exhausts when the pull up at the traffic lights.
