The room was clean, staff were friendly at check in, the price of the room was on budget for what we needed. Close to the train station to get to Circular Quay for VIVID. Thank you. I would consider using this property again and would also recommend to family and friends looking for a city getaway.

Clean and tidy. Small bathrooms. Only supplied a small hand soap and hair products. no body wash or shower caps. Also no hand towel so had to use a flannel instead. No milk for the coffee. Asked for a wine glass but they only have tumblers. Too noisy outside to open the windows. Recommend ear plugs for sleeping. No lift. Small stairs, dont book if you have lots of luggage or large suitcases.
Great location. Use the train instead of the bus if possible. Buses are less reliable. Lots of eateries and bars within walking distance. Overall a nice little place to stay and you can store your luggage if you arrive early or have a late departure

The Emerald is a conveniently located property on a quiet street
The property is small ...but functional
The lady at the desk was extremely helpful
There are no real amenities other than the room
