Everything was perfect.

Very nice staff and a very nice manager. We had 2 beautiful rooms and were allowed to leave our cars in the hotel parking lot during our cycling trip.
We ate very deliciously and the drink prices were reasonable.

Furniture like in the old days, prices of today

We booked 2 rooms on short notice for 1 night and received a standard and a comfort room, respectively. The standard room's furnishings were from the 80s and cost only slightly less than the renovated comfort room. The bathroom was so small that you had to close the door just to be able to use the toilet at all. The shower screen could no longer be pushed completely apart, i.e., 10 cm remained open on the left and right. The shower tracks were very heavily soiled and black. The mattress was newly purchased but was too big for the bed, which they also told us. Except for the floor, nothing was changed in the room, so 80s standard, but prices of today...

Very good hotel on Lake Faak

We were at this hotel for a dog show in Klagenfurt.
Free parking at and across from the hotel. Very friendly check-in late in the evening. Room with balcony with a somewhat rustic charm, but very clean and spacious. Also located very quietly facing the inner courtyard.
Unfortunately, I cannot give a full score because of the breakfast.
The breakfast was offered in a conference room, which had a somewhat unloving, train station character. Unfortunately, I could not find standards like scrambled eggs, although you could boil your own breakfast egg. The selection of cheese/cold cuts was a bit meager for my taste and looked like discount store products. Unfortunately, local specialties were completely missing. I still see room for improvement here.
Overall, however, the very positive impression outweighs the rest.

We had been here three years ago with satisfaction, and this stay only confirmed the good impression.
Very good value for money, although the individual items are a bit expensive. The facility has a large parking lot and a motorcycle and bicycle area that is closed in the evening. You can enjoy the pool, and they also have a sauna. Both the rooms and the common areas are super bright and super clean. Upon waking, breakfast has everything needed for a day of work or tourism.
The staff is friendly both during email correspondence and at the reception, and some employees speak Italian.
One precaution if you are a light sleeper, it might be better to mention this and be assigned a room that faces the back or Marktstrasse, as the main road is quite busy from the early hours of the morning and heavy traffic also passes by.
Right below the hotel, there is a small restaurant that offers Italian and Austrian cuisine, at honest prices and with friendly staff.
I have returned and will continue to return.

A nice hotel.

A nice hotel. Nice room, not large but functionally laid out. Shower room loose fine. Too bad about the low water pressure. View of the village and mountains behind, where you can walk well. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spacious free parking. Restaurant is just enough.
