Zwischenstopp beim Alpe Adria Radweg

Das Ehepaar ist äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, auch das Bad ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, Brötchen werden aufgebacken.
Eventuell teilt man sich das Bad mit mehreren Gästen.

We CAN'T recommend it! There is a bar/pub in the same building so place is very loud. We didn't sleep whole night, because loud music was on till 3 am. It ruined our ski trip.. Definitely not good place to sleep and please read google reviews as well..

Nice stay with migrant hosts

The migrant hosts were very friendly. The rooms were simple and the beds very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-kept. We booked 4 breakfasts as the reviews were promising. Unfortunately, it was very desolate. We were expecting the typical Austrian, good breakfast. Because for us on vacation, that is one of the most important things in the Alpine region. Everything but that was served. The corn(?) rolls were baked by Aldi, there was cheap pressed ham and cheese. The coffee came from a cheap no-name machine. Yoghurt, milk, jam & co. cheap "Budget" brand. The breakfast eggs were hard. There was no other choice such as salami or typical bacon.
I think that is more down to the host's wife, who probably comes from an African country. She has not been taught what a good domestic breakfast means.
The cozy pub also only serves Märzen and no other type of beer. This is not everyone's cup of tea due to the sweet flavor.
The local guests who were here that evening partied until late at night. That prevented us from sleeping a little.
We were only passing through and weren't too bothered by the one night stay and the really cheap location at < 90 euros. We would come back again, but have breakfast somewhere else.

A work in progress

A somewhat down-at-heel exterior belied the large, comfortable room and large, plush (shared) bathroom. New owners took over one month ago. Not surprisingly, there are some teething problems (in particular, WiFi has been ordered, but had not yet come through - though it is available at the pizzeria just down the road), but I’m sure that the owners will sort these out.
The property is directly on the Alpe Adria Trail.
We had a good breakfast.

Erg fijn!

Uitstekende kamers, zeer schoon en goed uitgerust. Alles is nieuw en uitstekend onderhouden. De bar op de begane grond is gezellig en de eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ook is er een algemene ruimte met allerlei spelletjes, kun je gratis warme sloffen lenen.
Gezellig, goed en netjes geprijs. Zeer aan te raden!
