An oasis of peace.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, and we had experienced it two years ago. We had a very good time. We had a Junior Suite, very spacious with a nice bathroom with a window. There are two external balconies. Excellent cleanliness. We had half board. Varied and abundant breakfast, as well as dinner. The hotel owners are very cordial. It is located in the greenery, five kilometers from the center of Velden. We would have appreciated if the Italian TV channels had been visible. Free parking.

Again and again Pachernighof

Quiet hotel, a bit off the beaten track, yet great to reach as well as the proximity to Velden. Breakfast + dinner excellent. Kindness is very important. Fantastic. Many rooms renovated. Karawankenblick unique when the weather is right. What is bothering in the meantime is the undimmed party mood of some guests on the "new extended terrace" until partly at 1/2 two (at night). It didn't happen here before. Nor are they the "bus travelers." Unfortunately, this is a development that is progressing in many places and generating revenue in hotels. One man's joy is the "other's guest's sorrow"; for who wants to sleep in this beautiful environment in summer with the window closed. Conclusion: HIGHLY recommended.

Great value for money but hospitality/friendliness could be better

Great hotel with excellent value for money, but the kindness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired...hospitality looks different... air conditioning or at least a fan would be helpful to find enough sleep

Lovely again!

A very nice, quiet hotel a little out of the way. Very good evening meal with 3 menus to choose from. However, deviations were no problem. Rich and varied breakfast. The room was large and clean, we also had a balcony. The staff were all very nice and attentive.

Close to Worther see, next to cricket ground

We were staying in this hotel for the second time. Rooms are really big, all with balconies, clean and comfortable. They have as well outdoor swimming pool and very tasty breakfast buffet. Parking is in the front of the hotel and free. Lake is only few kilometers away. The only negative thing is wi-fi, which is free, but it works on very limited areas and connection is bad.
