Comfortable, clean, and convenient!

Visiting family locally, we needed a convenient place to stay, and the Hotel 201 ticked our boxes.
The hotel is fully self service, you check in via a machine, which offered multiple language options and was easy to use. Payment is by credit card, and as we had booked online (via booking.com) it was very straightforward.
The rooms are bright, clean, I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom (shower, no bath) was a good size, with very good water pressure.
The window(s) open(s) fully, and a roller blind blocks any outside light. There is no individual air conditioning in the room - as it was cold outside I found the room temperature just right, I guess in summer / hot weather one may want to open the window.
There's a TV in the room ) I couldn't find regular channels, only CZ radio stations, but that was probably me struggling with the remote, as another family member's TV worked fine.
The hotel floors (rooms and hallways) are tiled and as such can carry noise (eg wheelie bags pulled along), but the hotel management stipulates 10pm - 6am as quiet times.
There are two vending machines on the ground floor (hot drinks, cold drinks), plenty of free parking, and if arriving by public transport the nearest bus stop is 250 (Sportplatz) or 450 meters (Allhang Mauerbachstraße) away with frequent departures to Wien Hütteldorf (for S - & U Bahn).
There is no restaurant, so no breakfast option, etc, but the hotel provides a comfortable night's sleep, a clean bathroom, and a no frills approach at a very reasonable price.

The location was great for a wedding we were going to, and the place was very affordable. No desk check in was a little odd, but we were able to get into our room, just before midnight on the day we checked in with no issues. It was very warm in the room and in the hallway outside, though the lobby area was clearly air conditioned, no problem at night as we were able to open our windows to let the cool night air in. That quickly became an issue at 6am the next morning when the VERY loud roofing supplies company opened up. My wife and I were both awakened to loud banging and what sounded like construction noises. Closing the windows helped, but it very quickly became uncomfortably warm. Weirdly, in the late morning/early afternoon (the wedding was in the afternoon) it seemed to quiet down a bit, but I wouldnt recommend staying at the hotel on a weekday in summer if you plan to sleep later than 6am...

Zimmer war super und leise. Morgens wurde der Parkplatz vom Schnee befreit. Ohne diese Räumung hätte ich es wahrscheinlicht vom Parkplatz geschaft. Danke dafür!
Zwei Kleinigkeiten sind mir aufgefallen. Ein Fenster ging beim Öffnen auch in den Kipp-Modus und ein Rolladen steckte, aber das störte mich nicht.
