+ Warm and superb service
+ Lovely and varied breakfast.
+ Clean, functional and spacious rooms.
+ Even though people are partying outside the rooms are still quiet.
We are very happy with this hotel that is delivering more than we could have expected.

the manager and her staff are equally nice and friendly;
the price-performance ratio is also particularly worth mentioning;
even if some of the breakfast items could be a bit more plentiful, we say thank you for the impeccable stay

Great location but pricy and not particularly friendly
The breakfast is ok, but nobody comes and asks whether you'd like a boiled egg or something else than coffee. Should you dare to ask, you probably will get a hot chocolate but don't expect it to be served with a smile.
The mattress I slept on was very old and worn. I woke up with a sore back every morning. Didn't say anything about it though, as it probably would have provoked a "Feel free to go somewhere else if you don't like it here" or something like that.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but I probably won't be coming back to this place.
