enjoyable place

spent there two nights with a partner. very nice apartment. clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. location is about 10-15 min drive from stubai glacier ski lift. just a few min drive from neustift center. beautiful surroundings.

Great Holiday, Lovely Place!

This year is the second in row we went to Ausserwieserhof in Neustift im Stubaital. Our host Christine is so nice and kind that make you feel at home.Location is great near the ski slopes and to the Glacier are 15-20 min drive. They own their cows so, fresh milk is available. Access to supermarkets shops and restaurants is very easy and the landscape surrounding the villa is just great. We spent a week this year and we had great snow all around and this made entire area like depicted from fairy tales. We love this place! Definitely recommend! Great for families!

Nice, friendly, great views

I stayed there with a group of friends at the end of the skiing season. The B&B is 10-15 min. walk from the centre of Neustift (via a very nice and picturesque road in the fields and by the river), with great views to the surrounding mountains. The owners are very friendly and helpful, eager to share their knowledge of the region and "things to do" in Stubaital. I stayed in the apartment with a double room and a living room with the balcony and the kitchenette. Everything is very clean, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (special notice to the exceptional fresh yoghurt, surely locally produced, and warm dark bread, but also other products were fresh and of good quality). There is a ski-deposit, Wi-Fi worked very well everywhere and there is a possibility to have a shower in the basement after checking-out. Great stay!

Warm and welcoming

Christine and Franz provide the most peaceful and comfortable retreat in the beautiful village of Neder, 10-15 minutes walk from Neustift. The view of the valley from our balcony on the top floor was amazing. Delicious plentiful fresh breakfast. Yum!
My son and I stayed here for one week while skiing at the Stubai glacier, and loved the cosy and charming atmosphere. Our fully self contained apartment was ideal, with a well equipped kitchen and everything is super clean! I would definitely return. One helpful tip....a hire car or your own vehicle would be an advantage for getting to Neustift for restaurants and shopping. It is too far to walk in bad weather. Thank you Christine and Franz for a great stay.

the best place

the apartment is in the most beautiful area in austria, stubaital. very good and comfortable apartment. kitchen accessorized with toaster oven, microwave.
Electric stove. free wifi. balcony to a wonderful views. very nice owners. speaking english. 2 supermarkets, 5 minutes by car. can't think of a better place.
