Slightly dated but quiet and well located
I was looking for somewhere quiet with multiple apartments within walking distance of the lift. The building has three which are rented, 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, 3 is on first. It's a 10 minute walk to Stoll where we rented equipment (15% discount from apartment). There's a button lift to the gondola to avoid the walk up the hill.
The apartments are a little dated, worn and sparsely equipped. They do have space where you want it and both are fine for a few weeks. Apt 1 has a very small open-plan kitchen with combined microwave/oven. Apt 2 has a larger kitchen, more space and is better value for money.
The keys are just left with a letter which felt a little impersonal. They are managed by Stoll-Reisen which has an office in the town about ten minutes walk away. They were very efficient at replying to queries. The communal front door wasn't latching when I arrived and it was fixed twenty minutes after I reported it.
The mattress wasn't good on the twin bed. I could feel some obvious springs in the middle. I've seen some other reviews comment on the duvets being too short for tall adults but they were fine for me.
They have the usual high quality windows and shutters you find in Austria. There's a boot drying rack and ski storage in the basement. There's also a laundry room down there. I didn't ask if this could be used but it could be very useful for those staying for multiple weeks and a major selling point as most apartments/villages do not have laundry facilities.
