Dolce Vita in Bad Radkersburg

Excellent Hotel Garni in the immediate vicinity of the Parktherme, wonderful, cozy and spacious Superior rooms in absolute tranquility. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the team is extremely customer-oriented and cordial, there is cleanliness both in the area of the rooms and in the cozy breakfast room, parking spaces ample. We recommend the wellness days, an arrangement with 5 nights with breakfast and 4 spa admissions including bathrobe and bag.

Sleeping very well, breakfast very good, simple holiday

from arrival to departure experienced only very good Service, the staff always strives for good information, absolutely in a quiet location and yet only about 10 minutes walk to the thermal bath, room large, bathroom toilet separate, absolutely clean, super good bikes to rent, about 200m next to the bike path in all directions.

Good but one thing to consider

Positives - clean and good standard of refurbishment .
Issue
I had made a mistake paid for a double room with breakfast but for 1 person on the system (3 nights ) , at reception to amend to 2 people I was asked for 220 Euro additional . This seemed a lot , so breakfast was removed for both people and I was charged 110 Euro additional.
I have used the website and the difference between 1 and 2 people “with breakfasts”
Is coming up on various dates between 70-90 Euro . So being asked for 220 Euro seems poor and in my view opportunistic as I had already paid for the my stay and therefore had no option but to pay this large amount of surcharge. I understand my mistake but still I feel this was poor and hence the rating. I also travel a lot and always try and give a fair review so I have also included the positives of the hotel.
