A paradise.....

We stayed in paradise for several nights in early October. As a tour group we had booked the red wine rooms. Great decor with maxi bar :-), prepared fireplace and all rooms decorated in warm wood and restless tones.. Beautiful heated pool and sauna house. A highlight, the "House of Silence" - yoga retreat to come down in the landscaped garden. Thank you, dear Tauss family, for the great time you have prepared for us. Thanks Alice for the phenomenally fantastic breakfast with only homemade bread, rolls, brioche, foccacia and organic side dishes. The self-righteous jams, the sheep's cheese with kernel oil. On the last evening we were allowed to enjoy a dinner: Ossobuco from Zebu cattle directly from the farmer a valley down. Delicious. Thanks also to Roland Tauss for the tour and tasting. Of course, we took wine with us. Biodynamically grown, natural in Demeter quality. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and in the conservatory. Also taking our dog was no problem. We will definitely come back!!!

vineyard paradis

Wonderful silent place near the "Südsteirische Weinstrasse". Beautiful traditionel rooms - some with fireplace; Pool, yoga house, lovely landscape. Best place for a hideaway weekend and / or yoga exercises.

Kleinod im Weinberg

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Weingut Tauss sehr gut gefallen. Die Weißweinzimmer im 2.Stock sind zwar klein, aber schön und sauber. Ideal ist der Pool im Garten und das kleine aber feine Saunahaus. So ist man für jedes Wetter gerüstet. Ideal für Radfahrer. Essen und Wein sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Bioschiene trifft nicht jeden Geschmack.

Erholung pur!

Ich habe an einem Yoga-Wochenende im Weingut Tauss teilgenommen, es war der ideale Ort dafür. Der gepflegte Garten mit Pool, das helle, saubere Zimmer, mit allem was man sich wünscht, zB einen Wasserkocher mit verschiedenen Tee-Sorten und der wunderschön gelegene Yogaraum waren Erholung pur, ich konnte sofort ankommen. Frau Tauss und ihr Team sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Frühstück und Abendessen - die Produkte regional, biologisch und noch ausgezeichnet gekocht- ich hoffe, ich schaffe das Nachkochen mit dem Kochbuch von Frau Tauss.Das ganze Weingut hat eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre, einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir schliessen uns..........

.........der Bewertung aus Regensburg vom letzten Jahr voll und ganz an und können jedes Wort so stehen lassen.
Dazu sagen möchten wir noch, dass der Wein, der dort produziert wird, erst mal irritierend ist, aber einen dann nicht mehr loslässt. Und natürlich muss man sich auf drauf einlassen, dann kommt das Verständnis von selbst.
