Nice, Friendly and Great Value!

Clean rooms, Friendly staff, access to grocery store, close to public transports, a nice neighborhood with lots of greenery, a very beautiful lake park is a walking distance away. Is a sure bang for the buck!

Outstanding value for money spent!

We spent three days in Vienna visiting family. This is a lovely little hotel, close to public transportation. We parked our car in the back and took the bus and train everywhere. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean, good wifi, over all, a very good experience. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Surprisingly good

Friendly staff, best coffee in the district, quite and clean. The neighborhood is rich in green spaces and parks, one can practice biking or jogging in the morning. There is a supermarket near the hotel and connections with the downtown can be made with the bus in an easy way (30minutes).

"Buon Hotel"

Se cercate un albergo economico, pulito, soprattutto silenzioso e fuori dal caos cittadino, questo lo posso consigliare.
Si visita una città splendida come Vienna senza spendere una follia.
Camere e bagno pulitissimi, materassi nella media (ma meglio di certi 4 stelle che a volte offrono servizi superflui e poco utilizzati) Wi-Fi free.
Colazione tutto sommato buona (un po' ripetitiva se vogliamo trovare un "difetto")
personale molto educato e a disposizione nel dare consigli per visitare la città.
Fermata dell'autobus a 30 metri dall'Albergo, parcheggio auto gratuito all'interno, oppure, nel caso non si trovasse dentro (ci sono pochi posti liberi), si puó parcheggiare nelle adiacenze senza problemi.
Il giorno di arrivo, non potendo l'albergo fare biglietti 24/48/72 ore (validi per tutti i mezzi pubblici di Vienna) ma solamente singoli (costo 2,2€ a testa) se si è più di 2 persone, potete andare in macchina al P+R Aderklaaer Straße dove, con 3,6€ potete lasciare l'auto tutto il giorno e fare poi i biglietti per i giorni che desiderate alla stazione metro Kagraner Platz; i giorni successivi potete lasciare l'auto in albergo e girare Vienna solo con mezzi pubblici (altamente consigliato).
Per noi, che abbiamo raggiunto Vienna in auto, ci è sembrata la soluzione migliore questo B&B. Se invece doveste arrivare in aereo è un po' più "scomodo" ma lo consiglierei ugualmente per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Positive Überraschung

- ungezwungene Atmosphäre
- sehr hilfereiter junger Mann an Rezeption (Lokal-Empfehlungen, Parken etc.)
- Zimmer groß und sauber
- recht ruhige Lage
- schöner See in unmittelbarer Nähe
- gute Gaststätten in der Nähe
- ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze
- ausreichendes Frühstück
- gratis WLAN
