Great stay in Vienna

We rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment on Karlplatz 3. Ali (the host) was incredibly helpful. He met us on arrival, showed the apartment and arranged a free transfer to the train station at the end of our visit. Great service. Now, the apartment itself is incredible. Located in a beautiful prewar building, steps away from the metro, Opera House , outdoor market and the general hustle and bustle of the downtown. There is a supermarket around the corner. The apartment is very modern with every imaginable amenity. It’s a 3 bedroom duplex (apt 18) with the a beautiful terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer in the apartment (there is no dryer). Lots of room to spread out. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend.

Best Airbnb ever

This is actually a review of the same company's apartment at Karlsplatz 3, Vienna. The TripAdvisor site doesn't seem to know it exists.
We are a family group of 5 adults & one child and this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way.
The host, Alp Artuner, not only met us on arrival but carried all of our luggage and provided a comprehensive intro to the apartment.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, very well equipped and supremely comfortable.
It has the added advantage of not being someone's home so no obtrusive personal nick-nacks to worry about.
There are two modern bathrooms and a separate toilet along with four bedrooms and a comprehensively equipped kitchen.
It has wifi, a smart tv with Netflix etc etc.
In addition it has air con, a separate study and three decks to enjoy any Viennese sunshine.
Perhaps the best feature is its location within a five minute walk of the Vienna Opera House and 7 minutes from the tourist centre of Vienna.
On departure Alp even organised a free transfer to the train station. Brilliant!

Great location and exceptional manager

My wife and I have just spent 5 nights in Vienna. We booked Mar Suites late last year and got a top floor apartment at Karl’s Platz. Also included was a free pickup and drop off at the airport which is fantastic value.
We were met outside the apartment on arrival by Ali who helped us with with our bags then gave us a tour of the apartment.
We were very impressed with the apartment, it was spotlessly clean and very modern with views over Karl’s kirch and the Nacht Markt (great area for amazing dinner options). The apartment also on 2 levels had an outdoor rooftop area to sit and enjoy a glass or two of wine after a day’s touring this lovely city.
The location can’t be beat, the train station and tram stop are straight over the road and all of the sights are within walking distance of the apartment. There are also a couple of great little places just outside the door of the building and I would highly recommend Cafe Mendez for drinks and their awesome Mexican menu. The staff are very friendly and it’s a great place to sit and people watch.
I can recommend this property for a great stay in and the property manager Ali was excellent with his assistance with all of our requirements and also
contactable 24/7.

"Perfect hosting and great location"

Very central location, close to metro station. Furniture is great and very good cleaning. Staff is taking care of everything and they make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment. Thanks for operations manager Mr Atıs.
