My experience at Meliá hotel in Vienna excellent
The experience in the hotel by Mirella that at all times was pending from all my family details for which we were indisposed and preparing Albert any food that we needed Sofia the waitress Katia especially and everything directed by that excellent professional Mirella we traveled and we are very Meliá but this time was superior the views the treatment the mattresses beds the all exceptional cleanliness to all my friends I recommend.Mirella has an involvement with any topic that needs a client out of the ordinary hope that whoever corresponds knows how to value there are no longer many workers as well as Alberto.

The hotel is quite good, but a few things to know!!
1.) you can only access the floor your room is on, if you have a friend or colleague in a room on another floor, the only way is to meet up at the bottom floor and go to the room together. Don’t try the fire escape, it is one way and you then have to walk to the ground floor.
2.) Different ”levels” of rooms have breakfast at different floors - a delux room can not have breakfast with a superior by paying the different in price - either pay full price or upgrade room…
3.) Beds are hard as concrete, and no douvet is provided, only folded sheets. Also, pillows are about 80cm square, and less than 1” thick, and when you put your head in them they go flat as an pancake. In order to get any necksupport I had to fold 3 of them in half, and I still had a hard time feeling comfortable.
4.) The Level restaurant was average in quality, and even though the view is breathtaking, I would not recommend for a great meal..

Wonderful stay at the Meliá Vienna
Our stay at the Meliá Vienna was outstanding in every way. Even upon arrival, the hotel impresses with its modern design, very attentive service, stylish atmosphere, and special location in the DC Tower.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and furnished to a high standard. We were particularly impressed by the stunning view over Vienna, which made the stay even more special.
The service was also excellent: The staff was always friendly, attentive, and professional. From the very first moment, both we and our Yorkie Sammy felt very welcome and well taken care of.
The breakfast, which we ordered to our room, was diverse, fresh, and tasty.
The bar and the restaurant on the 57th floor also offer a great atmosphere and a beautiful view over the city. Unfortunately, the top experience in the bar is significantly hindered by unprofessional and unfriendly service. What a shame.
The location of the hotel is also very pleasant. It is well connected to the city center while enjoying a quiet, modern environment.
Overall, the Meliá Vienna combines comfort, design, and service at a high level. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We would be very happy to return.

An employee ruined a reputation of a good hotel
Being a traveler arround the world with a record of with 197 countries I can say that some good hotels or resorts loose its credibility with some employers that they dont deserve to be working in the field of hospitality as they ruine the reputation of their work.
Right now ..during my second day of stay I asked to speak to the manager Mr .Aiemen or his vice (Victoria) maybe.. The guy at the reception ( Robert) was acting very weird like give me a minute and I call you back ..then he disappeared...and my room key was not working I came down to check and was very rude with me and was busy on the phone and putting his hand infront of my face whenever I tried to talk which really make me angry and instead of apologizing to his not coming back to me he said I cant give you your key you have to pay 100 euros then I said yes fine I ll pay
Then surprisingly he said If not Im gonna call the police
I was supper shocked and I was about to call the police to listen to all the cameras that are available and make a big problem as I need to go to my room dur to my low pressure that I suddenly reach
But instead I said calmly maybe you dont understand English
I said I ll pay
This kind of employee harassment affected the hotel review and make me rate it as 1 star and I ll never ever repeat this experience again especially that I had some walnut shells in the morning with made my Gum bleed
Now I an asking Mr .Aieman and his vice to investigate and listen carefully to the camera recordings especially when I showed him the email and he was giving me himts that I am trying to lie ♀️ as this really so hateful in a " 5 " stars hotel !!!

Parking is super frustrating and expensive, hard to find. The property used to be a 5 star place some years ago, but it's a bit run down now. The staff is excellent! Absolutely wonderful. Cleanliness was okay, not 5/5, but 4/5. Don't want to find another empty bottle left by a previous guest in my room in future. Walls should be painted. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thank you guys!
