Housingplus and how it feels

It is very valuable to feel at home in a foreign country.
I had a safe, peaceful 10 days with good food, clean rooms, a warm family atmosphere, a central location.

Great small place run by a friendly couple

Comfortable rooms, great showers, nice breakfasts and if the weather's good you can have your breakfast on the pavement terrace outside. Really good value. Our triple room had a single bed and a bunk bed, all very comfortable. If you are looking for high quality budget accommodation with friendly hosts this place is highly recommended.

Good location

First of all its location is great. Just 3' minutes walk from Zieglegasse metro station which is on Mariahilfer strasse, a very central pedestrial street full of shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
The room for 3 people had 2 single beds and a bunk bed which was more suitable for children than adults. It was actually small in size and there was only a chair in order to leave our luggage on.
There was no TV in the room which was a little bit strange since I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel which didn't have a TV. The bathroom though was clean and spacious.
The walls were so thin that we could hear people talking in the nearby rooms in the middle of the night. Although it was December, the room was very hot, we even opened the window one night.
Breakfast is included in the price and it is just ok, in need of improvement.
I think that the price of €100/night was overated (but Vienna is expensive) and despite the central location and the friendly hosts, I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Top Lage, sehr freundlich, sehr sauber

Waren schon zum 2. mal bei HousingPlus. Waren mit unseren Kindern im Vierbettzimmmer untergebracht. Stockbetten wurden mittlerweile gegen Einzelbetten getauscht - immer noch ausreichend Platz. Unterkünfte sind neu renoviert. Sehr sauber. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden etwas und kann im kleinen Gastgarten an der ruhigen Otto Bauer Str. konsumiert werden.
Direkt in einer Nebenstraße zur Mariahilferstr. gelegen. Somit sehr zentral gelegen und perfekt für den City Trip.
Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Tanio, bez luksusów, ale blisko centrum

Bardzo fajne miejsce, jeżeli poszukujecie taniego noclegu blisko centrum. Około 20 minut spacerem do Hofburga. Stacja metra jakieś 5 minut na pichotę. Przemili i pomocni właściciele. Dobre śniadanie. Podsumowując, świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Dla mnie jedyny mankament, to brak szafy. My byliśmy tylko jedną noc, ale przy dłuższym pobycie, jej brak może być uciążliwy.
