Wonderful stay

I had a great experience at this hostel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and the location was excellent: close to everything I needed and perfect for exploring the area on foot. The hostel also offers great facilities that made my stay more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Bruno at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His warm welcome and attentiveness made a real difference to the overall experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon!

Good place to stay in Vienna

The location was great and made it very easy to get around. It was well priced for what it was. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was quite basic, but clean. Downstairs had decent facilities. If you’re a vegan travelling, there is a vegan supermarket just around the corner from here so you can buy stuff and take it back to the hostel. It was noisy at times but it’s what I’d expect from a hostel on a weekend.

Best management to deal with

Best management to deal with they do understand I have booked for three night nonrefundable None changeable for the New Year’s Eve. I have paid for a reason of sick after I stamp my passport from Jordan. I couldn’t travel. I emailed the management they deal with my case in very professional way And they promised me they will sort out of my issue. This is where they go out of their way thank you so much .Recommended to deal with a stuff like that. All the Hostel has a bit but not all of them. They have a management like that. Thank you so much. You make my start of the 2026. Perfect I will stay with you when I will travel to Vienna every time.
