Short trip in May
The reception by an apprentice was okay, but a few pieces of information about the hotel, stay, etc. would have been desirable. Half board (dinner) was very meager in the first few days; I understand that not much is prepared in advance with low occupancy, but we paid the full price for it. Despite announcing my lactose intolerance at the time of booking, there was not a single side dish for me to eat one evening, as everything was made with dairy products. Fortunately, the head chef prepared something lactose-free for me.
The rooms are functional, but unfortunately, the beds are very worn out, including back pain. The pillows are unacceptable; unfortunately, I could not be helped when I requested a normal neck support pillow. Investments should be made here again. A refrigerator in the room is greatly missed, especially in the summer months. During our first stay four years ago, we found a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift in the room. In the meantime, there isn't even a bottle of water with two glasses. This is just a small thing for the hotel, but it has an enormous impact on the guest. The staff in the restaurant and the lady from room service are worth mentioning positively.
The underground parking space for cars, bicycles, etc. is also excellent. We really like the location of the hotel and would be happy to return if some investment has been made in the rooms.
Not recommended for overnight stays.

Regarding the point "Price/Performance:" The dinner leaves much to be desired for the main course. Relatively expensive. This applies to both hotels. Unfortunately, during the massages, one was not asked if it was okay or if it was too strong. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. We will definitely return!

We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking.
For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price.
Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage.
Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality.

Little bit disappointed
The structure of the hotel was really good, but unfortunately the experience was not like expected. Only basic information at the check in… we were told that the room was going to be cleaned and the only request needed was if we would like the bed clothes to be changed. The day after, no room service! We called, asked about it and they told us that this was only upon request. We requested for the day after… NOTHING again!
We were able to leave the hotel at 7am, no check out before that due to the reception working time. The team was kind for every complaint, but to be called a RESORT there is a long long long journey. The hotel we were more excited (it is not cheap) were the worst one.
Last important information: there are pictures of the hotel lakeside at the resort one… you book thinking on a front lake experience and, falsehood.
We were able to leave the hotel at 7am, no check out before that due to the reception working time. The team was kind for every complaint, but to be called a RESORT there is a long long long journey. The hotel we were more excited (it is not cheap) were the worst one.
Last important information: there are pictures of the hotel lakeside at the resort one… you book thinking on a front lake experience and, falsehood.
