ONLY POSITIVE IMPRESSIONS.

I only have a positive impression of staying at Hotel NEMAN at Kalinowski 1. The hotel is newly built, so there's nothing to pick on. I was met at the desk by a lovely girl who explained everything about the hotel and told me how to get to the city's attractions. The WI-FI worked great in the room. All the necessary tea, kettle, bath facilities were available. Breakfast in my case was not included in the price, but it can be bought for an additional fee, menu choice. On my next trip to Grodno, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The worst hotel

Terrible! Do not choose this hotel and do not repeat our mistakes. We still live here and unfortunately there's no way to change hotels. 1. We're FORGOTTEN! We arrived on the check-in date and the room is not ready. They forgot they had a reservation. Expected us a day later. 2. The Do Not Disturb sign means nothing to staff. You're gonna get pounded and knocked on. Example: we checked in, took an hour off, and the dog beds started breaking down. They forgot to give them straight away. And we didn't need them at all. We didn't ask for them at all. 3. Air conditioning - very noisy in the room, interferes with sleep. 4. The rooms are small and uncomfortable. Towel holders in the bathroom and mirror hang so high that you will be extremely uncomfortable with average height. If you're six feet tall, you'll love it. 5. Breakfast is already below the plinth. We waited 40 minutes for the dish! 40 MINUTES! We got it back after two reminders. Coffee and tea after an HOUR the wait still hasn't come. What kind of pig is that?! 6. No noise insulation. You can hear the TV in the next room. Every step in the hallway can be heard in the room, too. I'm afraid to imagine what else we're going to face, but unfortunately we're going to live here for two more days. This is the worst hotel we've ever been to.
